  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring all meetings are well-planned and executed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage our digital database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
