Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead our Retail Hardlines business in Canada. The successful candidate will own the inventory management strategy for some of the world's most exciting brands and drive supply chain improvements across multiple sourcing channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Joint planning and execution of retail strategies in partnership with vendors and vendor managers
  • Managing core inventory functions like buying, forecasting, and reporting
  • Improving inventory systems and processes in partnership with partner teams
  • Improving cost structure and profitability while optimizing inventory
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with Excel
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • Experience leading process improvement, systems development, and project management
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience managing and analyzing large data sets
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience delivering results by partnering with and influencing others
  • Knowledge of P&L
  • MBA or related Masters degree
