- Collaborate with senior client leaders to understand business needs and develop actionable analytics solutions.
- Design and implement predictive models to forecast demand and optimize supply chain operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain analytics and implement them in our work.
- 12-14 years of professional work experience with at least 8 years in business data analytics.
- Experience in Retail or CPG domain is required.
- Supply Chain background and prior experience in areas of Demand, Supply, Shipping, Inventory Planning, etc. is highly desirable.
- Experience working with large data sets is preferable (with an emphasis on business analysis problems).
- Experience working with offshore teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field with experience in areas such as Supply chain planning and operations, E-commerce and store retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrated technical and analytical skill set to work with analytics toolkit such as: Python, SQL, Git, Power BI, PySpark, MS Azure services.
- Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders from the client's team to translate business problems to high-level analytics solution approaches.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to develop innovative solutions using advanced analytics.
- Prior experience in synthesizing and packaging complex analyses and delivering results to non-technical audiences including senior leadership teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop and deliver presentations.
- Familiarity with agile development methodology.
- Strong project management and team management skills and ability to work with global teams.
- Knowledge of statistical and machine learning algorithms.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS and Hive is a plus.
