Job Summary

As a Senior Supply Chain Manager at SCC/DV, you will be responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and directional support to the Supply Chain and Fulfillment Operations teams. Your goal will be to ensure that both organizational and personal goals and objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the supply chain for DTC brands, ensuring that all brands are in a proper inventory position to meet business needs and that distribution centers operate at highest efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including wholesale team, marketing team, distribution centers, and product, sourcing, and merchandising departments.
  • Lead and develop continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management, order management, demand forecasting accuracy, replenishment flows, warehouse space planning, and overall metrics tracking.
  • Facilitate the planning process and coordination of supply chain activities to maximize operational efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on weekly and monthly Key Performance Metrics (KPMs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements
  • University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in DTC Supply Chain and Fulfillment Operation, preferably in a furniture or fashion retail environment.
  • Exceptional projection management, interpersonal, communication, organizational, relationship-building, negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; Power BI is an asset.
