Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Heritage Service Group Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Develop and implement technical solutions to improve client satisfaction and reduce support requests
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems
- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, software, and networking
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Valid provincial driver's license and a clean driver's abstract
