Job Title: Strategic Business Development DirectorJob Description:

This role will lead revenue growth, expand market presence, and elevate brand visibility for Arbutus Search Group. As the head of sales and marketing, you will report directly to the President and be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to expand into new and existing markets.

You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, while identifying and nurturing new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and strategic relationships. Your goal will be to drive annual sales growth while maintaining profit margins.

  • Business Development and Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to build trust and credibility.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree will be an asset).
  • 7+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the health, wellbeing, or corporate services sector.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth, achieving sales goals, and increasing market share.
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B sales and marketing strategies, particularly in workplace health and wellbeing.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Outstanding skills in communication, negotiation, and delivering impactful presentations.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
