Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient management of resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing daily activities, establishing policies and procedures, managing budgets, and supervising staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 2 years of experience as a Spa Manager or equivalent position in a similar environment;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments under pressure;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills;
  • Ambitious and results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Estimated Salary

$75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
