We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa Supervisor to join our team at Wickaninnish Inn. As a key member of our spa operations, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the overall success of our wellness programs.

Reporting directly to the Spa Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring efficient and personalized guest service, meeting and exceeding industry standards.
  • Providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest concerns and provide solutions in a professional manner.
  • Coordinating receptionist duties, including reservation calls, welcoming guests, cashiering, and processing e-commerce orders.
  • Staying up-to-date with all services and treatments offered by our Ancient Cedars Spa, as well as retail products and their inventory management.
  • Participating in retail programs, assisting in spa cleaning and organization, and overseeing duties of spa attendants.
  • Supporting the Spa Manager in human resource functions within the spa department, training coordinator and attendant teams, and promoting Our Promise and service philosophies.

To be successful in this role, you will need to embody the West Coast culture, possess excellent hospitality skills, and be committed to delivering exceptional service. Key qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in a spa or full-service hotel environment, preferably with 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • A working knowledge of Pro-Salon, Excel, Word, and internet applications, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and technologies.
  • A passion for wellness and healing through spa experiences, with a commitment to promoting relaxation and rejuvenation.
