Senior Project Manager Opportunity

Lycopodium Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Toronto-based team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects and ensuring the success of our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project-specific procedures, work practices, plans, and protocols to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and timely project control, including reporting, costs, schedule, trends, and change management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong technical background in mineral processing plant/infrastructure construction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively across different cultures.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a flair for delegation and clear thinking.
