About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Supervisor to join our team at Sky City Roofing Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of roofs for various clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of roofers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members follow health and safety regulations, and that the work site is maintained in a safe and clean condition.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit production and other reports to management, highlighting project progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the construction industry.
  • Work Environment: The work site will be outdoors, with exposure to noise, heights, and dust.
  • Work Setting: The role will involve working in various locations, including construction sites, and may require travel to different sites.
