What You'll Do:
- Supervise and mentor a team of skilled roofers to ensure project completion and quality standards are met
- Conduct site assessments and inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with a focus on leadership and supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Physical stamina to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
