What You'll Work On:
- Supervise crew and ensure productivity on installation and repair of roofing systems
- Investigate roof leaks, including interior assessment and source identification
- Enforce compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, especially health and safety requirements
- Conduct safety meetings and workplace assessments

Requirements:
- Experience in leak repair and installation of commercial roofing systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Good mathematical, reading, and time management skills
- Hands-on training of new crew members
