Job Title: General Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Construction Supervisor to join our team at Above All Roofing & Exteriors Inc.

Job Summary:

The General Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and direct a team of workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products.
  • Install exterior prefabricated products.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
