Job Title: Roofing Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Supervisor to join our team at Atlas-Apex Services (Manitoba) Inc. in a permanent position.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of roofers, apprentices, and labourers
  • Set up and maintain equipment and tools
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Recommend personnel actions and participate in performance evaluations
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in the roofing industry
  • Valid driver's license
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and lead a team
