Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Grass 2 Care Construction Group. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Communication and Reception: Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic inquiries, and greet visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including typing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Support for Diverse Groups: Provide support for individuals with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youths, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role

Work Environment:

  • Permanent position
  • 35 hours per week
  • English language
