Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Sales Supervisor to join our team at Thrifty Car Rental. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers, managing sales volumes, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 3-4 sales workers to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volumes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The work setting is a rental agency with on-site customer service.
