Office Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Specialist to join our team at Kento Windows & Doors. As an Office Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Job Description:The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative setting and a secondary school graduation certificate. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as having spreadsheet skills. They will also be responsible for coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Co-coordinate and plan for office services
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee and co-coordinate office administrative procedures
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative setting
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Spreadsheet skills
- Dental plan
- Permanent work term
- Work language: English
- Hours: 32-35 hours per week
Our salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and location.
