  • The ability to work independently, read, write, and communicate effectively is crucial for success in this role.
  • A valid driver's license is required for transportation to and from work sites.

Work Environment:

  • This position involves a mix of operational and office duties in a dynamic indoor production facility, exposing you to moving mechanical parts, outdoor weather conditions, and varying noise levels.
  • You may be required to work outside regular working hours to meet customer and operational needs, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to the team.

Physical Demands:

  • Maintaining physical fitness is essential for performing all operational requirements, including lifting, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds regularly.
  • The role may involve climbing 15-foot heights, standing or sitting for extended periods, and wearing personal protective equipment as needed.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
