Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Dillon Consulting. As a key member of our National Helpdesk team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our organization, including setup and configuration of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the setup and configuration of computer hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Provide technical support to resolve help requests from end users via telephone, email, and chat
  • Record, track, and document the problem-solving process for helpdesk requests
  • Travel occasionally to client locations and/or other Dillon offices for the purposes of executing responsibilities

Requirements

  • A three-year diploma in Computer Systems Technology or related program
  • Three to five years of relevant work experience in a professional technology setting
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are considered an asset
