Director of Product Operations, Merchandising

The Director of Product Operations, Merchandising is a critical role at Arc'teryx Limited. This position provides operational leadership in the execution of the Merchandising strategy, enabling the evolving structure of the Global and Regional Merchandising teams.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our Product Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and driving efficient operations through calendars, process, and resource management, ensuring timelines and business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishing, owning, and driving continuous improvement of Merchandising processes throughout the GTM calendar, including process management and adherence.
  • Improving, creating, and researching new tools & technology to enhance line planning & assortment planning & planning to space in both global/regional intersections.
  • Managing organizational capacity for newness each season.
  • Building and maintaining change management processes that support the foundational structure of the Global and Regional Merchandising teams.
  • Partnering with team leads to ensure they have adequate resources to fulfill seasonal requirements.
  • Monitoring and reporting on team performance metrics regularly to leadership.
