Merchandise Planning Leadership Role

About You:
- You have a strong educational background in Math, Economics, or Business, with 5+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning or financial modeling.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a vertical retail model is required, as well as 3+ years of people leadership experience.
- Your analytical capabilities, business savviness, and excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing Merchandise plans that align with our strategic goals and drive sales growth.
- Building and coaching a high-performing Merchandise Planning team to deliver against this strategy and achieve operational excellence.
- Leading Open-to-Buy (OTB) decision-making processes to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize excess stock.
- Collaborating with Merchandising, Design, and Finance teams to develop Merchandise plans and financial targets that support our LTSP.
