Job Overview: As a key member of the Merchandise Planning & Allocations team, you will be responsible for leading long-term and seasonal plans to drive sales targets, optimize gross margin, and improve product sell-through. Your expertise in sales forecasting, demand planning, and business analysis will be crucial in developing strategies that meet our Long-Term Strategic Plan (LTSP) objectives.

About You:

  • You have a strong educational background in Math, Economics, or Business, with 5+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning or financial modeling.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a vertical retail model is required, as well as 3+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Your analytical capabilities, business savviness, and excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing Merchandise plans that align with our strategic goals and drive sales growth.
  • Building and coaching a high-performing Merchandise Planning team to deliver against this strategy and achieve operational excellence.
  • Leading Open-to-Buy (OTB) decision-making processes to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize excess stock.
  • Collaborating with Merchandising, Design, and Finance teams to develop Merchandise plans and financial targets that support our LTSP.
