The Wealth Management Associate Program is a 5-month salaried program that develops sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals in credit-focused Banking. The program focuses on building core credit underwriting and relationship management skills.

  • You must be completing an undergraduate or master's degree by June 2025, or have work experience in client relationships and providing financial advice.
  • You should have completed a course of study enabling registration with the appropriate provincial securities commission to obtain a license to sell mutual funds.
  • You can demonstrate your ability to influence, persuade, and build consensus, as well as effective communication skills.
  • You're flexible and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • You have strong organization and time management skills and enjoy working in team and independent settings.
