About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of more than 20 people and overseeing the analysis of employee data and information.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. They will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies, as well as managing contracts and training and development strategies.
The Senior Office Coordinator will also be responsible for answering telephone calls and messages, responding to employee questions and complaints, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
