Mobilinx is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position based in our office, with an estimated annual salary of $85,000-$110,000.

As a Senior Contract Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our subcontracts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Subcontracts Manager in maintaining a continuous review of subcontract progress and providing timely updates on potential financial or technical difficulties.
  • Collaborating with designated staff to coordinate operational activities affecting contractual rights and obligations, subcontract performance, and other major matters.
  • Coordinating information programs to promote mutual understanding of subcontract terms and conditions.
  • Evaluating compliance with contract requirements.
  • Supporting the implementation of Change Management procedures.
  • Negotiating Change Orders and change issues with subcontractors.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate contractual correspondence.
  • Assisting with pricing of change and delay issues.
  • Tracking and identifying deliverables.
  • Implementing record-keeping procedures for potential changes.
  • Maintaining accurate records of change management/issue logs and providing summary reports.
  • Fostering excellent relationships with owners, clients, subcontractors, and public entities.

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting subcontractor kickoff meetings.
  • Holding regular subcontractor review meetings.
  • Managing payment administration.
  • Monitoring schedules.
  • Preparing monthly financial reports.
  • Coordinating subcontract agreement closeout.

To be successful as a Senior Contract Coordinator, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in construction or a related industry.
  • Strong awareness of construction and contract law.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • A commitment to ethical business conduct and handling sensitive information.
  • Significant experience dealing with change/claims management/dispute resolution issues.
  • The ability to work effectively in a Joint Venture environment.
  • A dynamic and motivated attitude, with the ability to interact with construction teams.
  • A willingness to contribute actively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in the English language (written, reading, and speaking).

Prior engineering background (civil, systems, MEP, track) is preferred but not required. Strong ability to communicate and develop relations is essential.
