Channel Partnership Development Manager

About the Role:
The Channel Partnership Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion within Clio's partner ecosystem. This position requires a highly skilled individual with expertise in partnership management, customer success, and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with existing and new partners, ensuring seamless onboarding, enablement, and ongoing support.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and enhance partner engagement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins with partners, addressing questions, concerns, and providing timely assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of partner activities, update partner profiles, and manage communication channels.
- Gather and report data on partner performance, identifying opportunities for support or improvement.
- Act as a trusted resource for partners, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in partner success, customer success, or account management, preferably in a mid-market software company.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer support skills.
- Able to proactively identify and address partner challenges, advocating for solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Bonus points for experience working with Channel Partners and utilizing sales tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Google Suite, or similar.
Total Rewards Program:
- Clio offers a competitive salary range of $78,400 to $92,300 CAD, with the final offer amount dependent on individual experience and skillset.
