Job Description:
We seek a seasoned Account Executive (Brand Partnerships Manager) to drive prospective client relationships to mutually beneficial growth. This role involves phone calls, product demonstrations, shrewd negotiating, closing new brand partnerships, and maintaining relationships.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, experienced in executing outbound and inbound sales initiatives and managing their sales funnel. They are organized, detail-oriented, positive, and outgoing individuals who thrive in start-up environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional service
- Network and develop new brand relationships and partnerships to grow business and expand Creator's reach
- Create and execute effective outbound business development sales strategies to connect with ICPs
- Connect with inbound prospects to identify client needs and consult on solutions
- Develop comprehensive proposals and product demonstrations for potential clients
- Manage the entire sales funnel from prospecting to closing a sale
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline development, and client interactions to Leadership
- Cross-functionally collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to ensure seamless client onboarding and overall customer experience
- Position EightSix Network as thought leaders within the influencer and affiliate marketing industries
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of Sales and Business Development experience or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in SaaS and/or Martech sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Team player with a work-hard play-hard mentality
- Previous experience working in a start-up environment is an asset
- Experience with Salesforce and Apollo is an asset
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 CAD per year, plus commission and benefits package (health, dental, and vision insurance).
