We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our partnership and business development initiatives in British Columbia.

About the Role

This individual will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clinic owners, HCPs, and clinic staff while also onboarding and seeking new partnerships within the defined geographical area.

The successful candidate will ultimately be responsible for the management and growth of Beautifi's existing and prospective partners within British Columbia and reports directly to the Vice President of Business Development & Partnerships.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed all territory targets and objectives in line with predefined KPIs (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Market and sell the value of Beautifi to clinic partners in the designated territory, in accordance with quarterly strategies and plans
  • Develop strong relationships with existing and potential partners and maintain an active pipeline of prospects/leads
  • Onboard and train new clinic partners on Beautifi's program details and value proposition
  • Engage in clinic activities to drive lead volume and deals funded to support partner growth
  • Work with partners on promotions and programs to help drive additional financing lead flow
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partners have access to the resources and support needed to succeed across departments
  • Consult with partners on program updates and ensure Beautifi is seamlessly integrated into clinic workflows
  • Establish call routing plans and enter daily call reports into CRM
  • Attend Industry/partner events within assigned territory and corporate conferences as required
  • Support the onboarding and training of new hires as requested by management

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required (Business preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant B2B Sales experience (preference for surgical, medical aesthetics, dental, fertility channels)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficient knowledge MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams...)
  • Demonstrated analytical acumen for data-driven decision-making
  • Willing and able to adapt to advancements in technology and AI integrations (Otter AI, Notion, Chat GPT...)
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is an asset
  • Valid driver's licence required
What We Offer

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary ($80,000 - $120,000 per year) and uncapped performance-based bonus plan. Additionally, we offer dental, vision, and health benefits, car allowance, meals per diem when on the road, two weeks' vacation (three weeks after one year of employment), paid personal/sick days, professional development opportunities, and a hybrid workplace split between office and field.
