Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure that we have everything we need to deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that our food meets our high standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys.
- Establish and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
Work Environment:
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling are also required.
