Food Service Team Lead

Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary of $43,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.
About the Role
As a Food Service Team Lead at Mucho Burrito, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and front-of-house teams. You'll supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that meals are prepared to our high standards. You'll also train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
* Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
* Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
* Supervise and check assembly of trays
* Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
* Establish work schedules
Work Environment and Requirements
This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure. You'll need to be able to stand for extended periods, handling multiple tasks simultaneously. A strong focus on customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
