Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Chef to join our team at Three Brothers Food Service Inc. This is a permanent position requiring 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the kitchen, with a focus on preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

Responsibilities:
  • Cooking and Kitchen Management
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods according to menu specifications
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and equipment as needed
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience
  • Degree not specified, but relevant education is preferred
  • At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • High school graduation certificate required
Work Environment:
  • Language and Work Hours
  • English language proficiency is required
  • 40 hours per week, regular working hours
Salary and Benefits:
  • Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
