About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Panago. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient work methods to meet schedules and deadlines.
  • Supervise and coordinate the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
  • Train new staff members in their job duties, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, stock, and other relevant data.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 7 months of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position working 32-40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment with periods of standing.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
