Job Title: Technical Specialist

At RGBSI, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating with the Vehicle Technical Manager to ensure the successful execution of vehicle projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the Vehicle Technical Manager to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain vehicle composition, including core structure and interchangeability.
  • Contribute to product/process convergence, including hard points in zone meetings.
  • Coordinate the creation and organization of Connections/Fasteners.
  • Organize Connections/Fasteners meetings to coordinate the technical core team's activity and identify roadblocks.
  • Define follow-up and final KPIs with the Technical Manager, escalating to the Project Manager as needed.
  • Prepare and coordinate Change Management meetings.
  • Continuation of Change Management coordination, including multi-site coordination and sharing modifications with dedicated sites.
  • Contribute to quality convergence by synchronizing part modifications with project planning.
  • Coordinate product/process convergence and reactivity, including participation in modification batches and support for defects solving.
  • Coordinate vehicle rework during the project, including rework/upgrade workshops for used and new cars.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of - years automotive industry experience at an OEM or large tier in Product development engineering.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and self-directed process thinker.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong written and presentation skills.
  • Advanced to expert skill level in using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Full Program Life-cycle Experience.
  • Launch experience a plus.
  • Manufacturing process fundamentals understanding.
  • Ability to quickly learn proprietary software.
Education:
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
