Food Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Store Supervisor to join our team at SUWI RESTAURANT. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and minimize labor costs.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
- Supervise Staff: Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to sales associates to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Ensure Security and Safety: Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all staff members are aware of and follow safety protocols.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Work Setting: Remote location.
- Transportation: Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
- Permanent Full-Time Position: 32 to 40 hours per week.
- English Language: English is the primary language of communication.
