Food Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Store Supervisor to join our team at SUWI RESTAURANT. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:- Hiring and Training: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient use of resources.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and providing excellent customer service.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that all employees undergo a criminal record check and adhere to our company's security and safety policies.
- Transportation and Travel: Ensure that public transportation is available for employees and that they are aware of the transportation options.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ensure that employees are able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Tools and Equipment: Ensure that employees have access to necessary tools and equipment, including cellular phones.
- Personal Suitability: Ensure that employees possess excellent oral communication skills, are flexible, organized, reliable, and team players.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Work Environment:
- Remote location
Language: English
Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
