Food Store Manager

At SUWI RESTAURANT, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and products as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring that budgets are met and that costs are minimized.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a remote location, with occasional travel to other sites as required.
Security and Safety:The successful candidate will be required to undergo a criminal record check.
Transportation/Travel Information:Public transportation is available.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent walking and standing.
