Food Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Store Supervisor to join our team at SUWI RESTAURANT. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of staff members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and minimize overtime.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Supervise Staff: Provide guidance, support, and feedback to staff members to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Ensure Security and Safety: Implement and maintain security and safety protocols to protect staff, customers, and assets.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or food service environment.
- Work Setting: Remote location.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
- Permanent Employment: A stable and secure employment opportunity with a reputable company.
- English Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
- Hours of Work: 32 to 40 hours per week.
