Food Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Store Supervisor to join our team at SUWI RESTAURANT. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Hiring and Training: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient use of resources.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Supervision: Supervise 3-4 team members to ensure they are meeting their performance expectations.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that all staff members undergo a criminal record check and adhere to our security and safety protocols.
- Transportation and Travel: Ensure that public transportation is available for staff members and that they are aware of the transportation options.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ensure that staff members are aware of the fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines.
- Personal Suitability: Ensure that staff members possess excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and reliability.
- Experience: Ensure that staff members have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- 32 to 40 hours per week
- Anglais
