Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support the organization's goals
  • Manage the activities of the HR department, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials, ensuring that all correspondence is handled promptly and efficiently
  • Supervise and train other workers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints, providing timely and effective support
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Working Conditions
  • 37 hours per week
  • Permanent position
