Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at PHSA. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the execution of healthcare projects, ensuring they proceed according to the roadmap. Your primary responsibilities will include efficiently coordinating projects, achieving goals, and meeting timelines. You will also act as administrative support for the project and/or Project Manager, including meeting preparation, calendar management, and documentation management. Additionally, you will prepare minutes, agendas, logistics, project deliverables, and other documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects to achieve goals and meet timelines
- Provide administrative support to the project and/or Project Manager
- Prepare minutes, agendas, logistics, project deliverables, and other documentation
- Manage project budgets, invoicing, and associated financial documents
- Engage with stakeholders and provide input and recommendations to the project team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health or Social Sciences, or Business Administration
- 2-3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or Policy Analyst role
- High proficiency with MS Office
- Experience working in complex environments
- Strong understanding of project management principles
