Customer Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Manage customer accounts, including recording and maintaining account information
- Meet or exceed service level targets, including answering a high volume of customer calls
- Escalate complex issues to designated resources and provide solutions to customers
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through inside sales initiatives
- Perform customer verifications and credit checks using Equifax
- Process credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications, including Office 365 and ERP systems
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with training and onboarding is an asset
