About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team at Parkland Corporation. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts, including recording and maintaining account information
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer transactions, including credit card pre-authorizations and sales
  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications, including Office 365 and CRM
  • Good data entry and keyboard skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
