About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail or food service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
