Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring project information, maintaining procedures, and collaborating with project management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor project progress and status with regional VPs, Project Managers, and project teams
  • Consolidate project information across 4 regions in the project data management platform
  • Organize and coordinate recurring meetings and diary management
  • Ensure data quality and verify legitimacy of project data
  • Create new projects in the database and ensure teams follow the project lifecycle process
  • Produce Board presentations and coordinate project activity reports
  • Participate in continuous improvement process for project information centralization platform
  • Help coordinate annual budget exercise
  • Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with key team members
Investment Projects (M&A)
  • Interact with VP Investment and Financing and his team
  • Manage confidential information and ensure data on new deals is entered into M&A pipeline
  • Coordinate integration of M&A projects in accordance with existing processes
  • Monitor M&A projects and coordinate general progress control
Requirements
  • University degree in project management, business administration, or relevant discipline
  • Experience in a similar position in a public company with several entities
  • Experience with CRM, database, and ERP systems
  • Experience in budget tracking and project accounting
  • Experience in business process improvement
  • Proven ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and changing priorities
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and proactivity
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, tact, and professionalism
  • Proven aptitude for teamwork
  • Strong synthesis and analysis skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
