About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at FNX-INNOV. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our projects, focusing on traffic management and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present project work plans, including engineering activities and budgets, to the project team.
  • Manage project technical progress and budget adherence.
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance coordinators for a project.
  • Participate actively in the project and organize work.
  • Develop various traffic management scenarios for project execution.
  • Determine mitigation measures.
  • Participate in project meetings with clients and involved professionals.
  • Prepare maintenance plans and estimates.
  • Estimate quantities and costs for maintenance work.
  • Participate in site surveillance.
  • Attend site meetings and coordinate coordination meetings.
  • Follow up on deficiencies and corrections through the site supervisor.
  • Write reports to contractors.
  • Extract quantities for payment recommendations.
  • Participate in the training of CPI engineers.
  • Monitor and coordinate work performed by contractors in traffic management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BAC).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in traffic management.
  • Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec.
  • Relevant experience in site surveillance (asset).
  • Knowledge of the transportation and circulation domain.
  • Knowledge of MTQ and Ville de Montréal standards (asset).
  • Hold a valid ASP Construction card.
  • Hold a STC-102 and 201 training certificate.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Fluency in French.
  • Writing and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
