Job Summary

NORTHCON CORP is seeking a skilled Drywall Installer to join our team. As a Drywall Installer, you will be responsible for installing and finishing drywall sheets to ensure a smooth and even surface.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners
  • Fill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks with joint compound using trowel and broad knife
  • Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets
  • Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists
  • Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry
  • Tape over joints using taping machine and embed tape in compound
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
