Global Sales Director

Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all current Reseller/Distributor sales and direct sales activities in Latin America. This individual will work closely with the Senior Sales Manager, The Americas to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed annual set sales quotas
- Promote, negotiate, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based, consultative sales approach
- Respond to customer and prospect inquiries and prepare written presentations and price quotes
- Review and have a comprehensive understanding of largest customers and partnerships
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of customer people, systems, and accounts
- Visit accounts and partners to train staff, pitch customers, and strategize on new Business Development opportunities
- Work with the Senior Sales Manager, The Americas to facilitate the on-boarding of new Reseller/Distributor partners
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge of all lines of business
- Research the mind, body, and fitness industry
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in a Business Development and/or Account Management role
- Must be able to speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese
- Able to work independently and drive measurable results
- Must use company CRM tools
- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
