Overview

The Toronto Valuation Team at Avison Young is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to fill the role of Operations Coordinator. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing and dynamic team as we expand our capacity.

As the Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing daily team initiatives and ensuring a smooth flow of operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily admin tasks, project timelines, and coordinating team initiatives. We are looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, a proactive attitude, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator include:

  • Managing daily team initiatives and ensuring a smooth flow of operations
  • Overseeing daily admin tasks and project timelines
  • Coordinating team initiatives and driving them forward
  • Providing administrative support to the team

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated proficiency with software packages including MS Windows, MS Office, and Adobe
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Able to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate with a sense of urgency and respond quickly to team members and external clients
  • Proactive and take initiative with a high attention to detail
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision
