Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team at Bank of Montreal. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business units, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to business units, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate delivery of business objectives and ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve routine problems, escalating non-routine issues to senior management as needed.
  • Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to support business decision-making.
  • Manage databases, ensuring data integrity and adherence to data governance standards.
  • Coordinate the management of office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
  • Support the development of tailored messaging and communications materials, including correspondence, agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Liaise with internal business units and external vendors to coordinate changes to premises and minimize disruptions to business operations.
Requirements
  • Typically 3-6 years of relevant experience in a business operations or administrative role.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, including data management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and databases.
