About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at KPMG-Canada. As a key member of our Client Administration function, you will provide administrative support to our partners, senior managers, and client service teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to partners, senior managers, and client service teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of products and services.
  • Coordinate, prepare, edit, and/or proofread documents, such as correspondence, presentations, and reports, using various software.
  • Manage partners' calendars and contact databases to maximize their time and productivity.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, conference calls, video conferences, and live meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Assist in the proposal process, working with the proposal team and proposal coordinator.
  • Prepare and submit time and expense reports for the partner(s) supported.
Requirements
  • Advanced skills with MS Office and Adobe products, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat.
  • Proficiency in proprietary software and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong judgment and analytical skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Minimum 5 years of administration experience.
  • College diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience with an administrative assistant skill set.
