Job Title: Facility Operations Coordinator

At BGIS, we are seeking a highly skilled Facility Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of our facilities, providing exceptional client service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
  • Develop and implement annual facility management plans to ensure uptime objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to oversee the implementation of facility-related operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on facility performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in facility management, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
